RuleState reads the documents that govern one decision and shows what they say, what is missing and where each answer came from. You confirm what is right. The rulebook is then frozen.
Rules that say who may do what, up to which limit, on what conditions, and what happens above normal authority.

What the rules do not say.
Recorded at freeze.
Once it is frozen, it cannot change.
One decision and its documents. One person who owns the rules and can confirm them. Review time on your side.
Data. Your documents are not stored. When you run a check, the document is read and the original file is not saved. If you create an account and save your work, RuleState saves the extracted text needed to continue — not the file. See Security.
